Vineyars | The fruit for this Reserve Syrah was grown on Mission Estate's Gimblett Gravels vineyards – Mere Road (52%) and Gimblett Road (48%). Both sites are planted with the iconic Mass Select (MS) clone. The vineyards were crop thinned and leaf plucked around the bunch zone to promote ripening and intensity of fruit flavour.
BLACKBERRIES, PLUMS & VOILETS
Aromas of blackberries, plums, and violets on the nose. Velvety tannins and balanced acidity give this wine a soft and pleasant mouthfeel. Fresh berries delight the palate along with a touch of milk chocolate and cracked black pepper"
