The Reserve Sauvignon Blanc shows intense lime and herbal aromas with good weight and texture and fine acidity. The mid-palate leads to a dry, persistent clean finish. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels for ten months to build complexity, richness and texture.

Vineyard | Grown at the Cable Station Road vineyard located in the Awatere Valley, the soils here are comprised of sandy loams with a proportion of clay particles over a gravel subsoil. These soils naturally promote vine health but restrict vine vigour due to stony sub soils resulting in intense fruit character.
Beautifully fruited and fragrant with green apple apricot and kaffir lime aromas. Combined with an intense flavored palate delivering terrific fruit power and persistency. Succulent and lingering with plenty of tasty flavors"
