A stunning release with piercing aromatics and impressive mouth feel and depth, it is a timely reminder of the quality of Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills.
The nose focuses on boysenberry and citrus fruits with a herbaceous edge. The palate has a crystalline backbone of acidity that has drive and texture, lime is joined by understated tropical fruits with length and definition to finish.
