SHIRAZ

Sidewood's Adelaide Hills Shiraz 2018 is an elegant and complex shiraz with lifted aromatics of raspberry, blueberry, dark plum and hints of vanilla spice. The front palate has an abundance of blackberry, dark-red fruits and notes of dark chocolate. Spice and white pepper notes are evident on the back palate.

TASTING NOTES

Plum, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and an elegant spiciness which lead to a palate with generous flavours of white pepper, leather and forest berries.

Rich and silky tannins linger on the palate with seamless persistence.

"Wonderfully ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows black/blueberry, sweet plum, violet and vanillin oak characters, leading to a succulent palate that is plump and fleshy"
